Naresh I Technologies is hiring for BPO Call Center positions in Hyderabad. This role offers an opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Provide customer support and resolve queries professionally.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  
  

Working Hours

• Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Work Type: On-site (Work from Office)
• Shift: Day shift
  
  

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience: Prior experience in a call center environment is advantageous
• Languages: Proficiency in English; proficiency in Hindi or Telugu is preferred
