Monitor on time delivery of orders placed.
Ensuring Monthly & Weekly sales Plan achieved.
Monitor Z9 orders & Advance pending orders for timely clearance / Advance collection.
Conduct Project Kick off meeting with Customers and Internal people for New & Big Orders
Ensure periodical review of Orders for Document approval & Amendment approval.
Monitoring and ensuring order status sent to all major customers periodically.
Monitor and ensure that IBR TC’s are despatched to clients, dealers on time.
Ensuring the Non-moving stock are diverted to possible customers.
Ensure timely third-party inspection and obtain inspection release notes.
Monitoring submission of final technical documents
Visiting Major customers periodically/ conduct meeting periodically for Seamless execution of all major orders.
Prepare necessary MIS reports
