Sales Coordinator (m/f/x)

Beckhoff implements open automation systems using proven PC-based control technology. The main areas that the product range covers are industrial PCs, I/O and fieldbus components, drive technology, automation software, control cabinet-free automation, and hardware for machine vision.

We are a representative office in Chennai, India, and we are actively expanding our team and looking for a suitable Sales Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• preparation of quotations and pro forma invoices, and maintenance of summaries (spares)
• customer communication regarding receipt of purchase orders, material deliveries and invoices
• follow-up on outstanding payments
• handling e-tendering through customer portals
  
  

Qualifications

• any graduate with experience (0–1 years)
• general knowledge of business processes
• mandatory knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft D365
• should have positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• good command of written and spoken English
• oft-spoken, a good listener, and possessing a problem-solving attitude
