Role Description The Senior React Native Developer role at JobBricks is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high performance, scalability, and a consistent user experience. The developer will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into clean, well-structured code and integrate front-end components with back-end services. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and optimizing existing code, implementing new features, debugging and resolving issues, and participating in code reviews and technical discussions. The Senior developer will also mentor junior team members, contribute to architectural decisions, and help improve development processes and best practices.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including React Native and JavaScript, with a focus on building high-quality mobile interfaces.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, with experience integrating APIs and working with server-side technologies to support mobile applications.
• Candidates should possess robust Software Development skills, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and familiarity with modern development methodologies.
• Candidates should possess experience with state management tools such as Redux.js, ensuring reliable data flow and performance in complex applications.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with mobile app deployment (App Store/Play Store), unit and integration testing, performance optimization, and version control (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment are required.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
