We deliver our solutions in a highly competitive market answering FMCH needs and sometimes supporting regulated environments (GxP, SoX and other regional or local regulations).

Digital Technology & Architecture organization encompasses following capabilities: Integration, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud engineering, Platform Engineering (e.g. DevOps & related framework), Platforms (ServiceNow, Observability, Chatbots, SAP, Commercial, RPA, …), Digital Workplace and more “classical” infrastructures (hosting, servers, …).

The Digital Workplace & Facilities team manages all digital capabilities across 60+ sites, including 12 manufacturing plants. We are looking for a specialist to bridge the gap between global Intune standards and the unique, mission-critical requirements of our factory device environments, focusing on rugged handhelds, thermal printers, and shop-floor hardware.

As part of the Device Experience and DEX team, you will manage the following capabilities:

  • SOTI Product Ownership & MDM Management.
  • Factory & Industrial Device Management.
  • Enterprise Printing Services Management.
  • Automation & Integration.
  • Product Roadmap & Stakeholder Management.
  • Security & Compliance.

We are looking for a Device Expert in our Device Experience and DEX team, with following core responsibilities, for all capabilities listed above.

Main Responsibilities

Factory Device Management (rugged & Mobile):

  • Intune for Frontline: Design and implement Intune enrolment profiles for Windows and Android Enterprise dedicated devices (COSU) and rugged handhelds used in warehouse/factory settings.
  • Zebra Integration: Manage Zebra devices using Zebra Mobility Extensions (MX) and Lifeguard Over-the-Air (OTA) updates via the Intune admin centre.
  • Kiosk & Shared Mode: Implement "Multi-app Kiosk mode" and "Shared Device" policies to ensure shop-floor associates have secure, restricted access to required factory applications.
  • SOTI Management: Maintain and optimize legacy or specialized device groups within SOTI MobiControl where applicable, ensuring parity with global security standards.

Office & Industrial Printing And Peripherals

  • Printer Deployment: Automate the deployment of factory and office print queues using Intune, PowerShell, and tools like PaperCut Print Deploy or Universal Print.
  • Label & Thermal Support: Support the configuration and connectivity of industrial label printers (e.g., Zebra, Sewoo) and POS hardware within the factory network.
  • Driver Management: Manage the lifecycle of print drivers and specialized peripheral software, ensuring compatibility with evolving OS versions.

Operations & Governance

  • Staging & Provisioning: Develop automated provisioning workflows to streamline the "out-of-the-box" experience for factory workers.
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize Endpoint Analytics and DEX tools to monitor the health of factory devices and proactively resolve connectivity or performance bottlenecks.
  • Security & Compliance: Enforce Conditional Access and AppLocker policies to protect factory data while maintaining GxP compliance.

About You

Technical background required.

  • Expert Intune Knowledge: Deep experience with Microsoft Intune (Plan 2/Suite), specifically for Android Enterprise and Windows "Frontline Worker" scenarios.
  • Rugged Device Expertise: Hands-on experience managing Zebra, Honeywell, or similar rugged hardware.
  • Scripting: Advanced PowerShell skills for automating device configurations and printer mapping.
  • SOTI MobiControl: Experience managing devices within SOTI MobiControl (highly preferred).
  • Identity & Networking: Understanding of Azure AD (Entra ID), Conditional Access, and factory VLAN/network troubleshooting.

General.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in Endpoint Management, with at least 2 years focused on industrial or factory IT environments.
  • Frameworks: Familiarity with ITIL service management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
