Regional Process Engineer

Role summary : (Regional Process Engineer – Melting and Fiber forming)

Responsible for supporting factories under Asia OPCO matters related to melting process and fiber forming process. Such as but not limited to new melting technology implementation, optimization of melting and fiber forming process, troubleshooting, driving process/energy optimization, , product quality compliance.

which contributes to the efficiency of production, machinery and environmental control system according to business and regulatory requirements. Well executed planning, Coordination, on-site support as per business requirements; with focus on ensuring continuous employee training and development collaborating with all the factories to pursue sustainable capacity, efficiency improvements and cost reductions. Responsible in promoting company values and maintaining safe and healthy working environment

• Responsible for the ongoing improvement and optimization of existing processes related to melting and fiber forming systems according to the ROCKWOOL Asia strategies and plans.
• Analyze machinery and process performance to recommend continual improvement.
• Deliver consistently the achievement of process key figure (PKF), cost savings against budget.
• Liaise with purchasing department in developing sustainable supplier base, evaluating technical purchases, project purchases and cost reduction material purchases.
• Follow up and timely reporting on any trials concerning new or modification or optimization processes, materials and machinery.
• Prepare budgets on a yearly basis and implement.
• Report process and project development to Process manager / TD on monthly basis.
