Job Title: Analyst - Oracle Fusion & AI
Hours: Full time (40-hours per week)

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion & AI Analyst to join our growing consulting team and help customers gain greater value from Oracle Fusion Applications and emerging AI technologies.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career Oracle professional, business systems analyst or junior consultant who wants to build expertise across Oracle Fusion Applications and AI-powered business solutions.
You will work alongside experienced consultants, architects and technical specialists to support Oracle Fusion projects, contribute to business process improvements, and gain hands-on exposure to Oracle's evolving AI capabilities.
The role combines traditional Oracle Fusion consulting with opportunities to learn about AI, automation and digital transformation, making it ideal for someone who is curious, motivated and eager to develop their career within a leading Oracle consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
Oracle Fusion Support & Delivery
- Support the delivery of Oracle Fusion projects within Finance, HCM or SCM.
- Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements and customer processes.
- Support Oracle Fusion configuration activities in line with agreed functional and business requirements.
- Participate in customer workshops, meetings and solution discussions.
- Assist with testing activities, including preparation, execution and defect logging.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, user guides and training materials.
- Help investigate and resolve functional issues during project delivery.
- Develop knowledge of Oracle Fusion functionality, configuration and best practices.
- Support data validation and system testing activities during project phases.
AI & Digital Innovation
- Learn and support the use of Oracle AI capabilities within Fusion Applications.
- Assist in identifying opportunities where AI and automation may improve business processes.
- Support demonstrations and proof-of-concepts of AI-enabled solutions.
- Participate in testing and validation activities for AI features and AI Agents.
- Help document AI use cases, business benefits and user requirements.
- Assist with configuring and testing AI-powered workflows and automation solutions.
- Stay informed about emerging Oracle AI and automation capabilities through training and mentoring.
Customer & Team Collaboration
- Build positive working relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Participate in customer meetings and workshops alongside senior consultants.
- Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Deliver assigned tasks to agreed timescales and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with consultants, developers and architects across project teams.
- Take an active role in personal learning and professional development.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years' experience working with Oracle Fusion Applications
- Exposure to at least one Oracle Fusion functional area:
- Oracle Fusion Finance
- Oracle Fusion HCM
- Oracle Fusion SCM
- Understanding of business processes and how technology can support them.
- Experience working with business users or stakeholders to gather information and requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to learn new systems, technologies and business processes quickly.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI and automation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion implementation, support or transformation projects.
- Experience across more than one Fusion module.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Redwood user experience.
- Awareness of AI, Generative AI or business automation technologies.
- Exposure to business process mapping or workflow design.
- Experience working in a consulting, technology or professional services environment.
- Oracle Fusion training or certification.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or related technologies.
- Experience supporting user training, demonstrations or workshops.
- Interest in digital transformation and technology innovation.
