What We Are Looking For

Some of the Key Accountabilities:

• Develop, configure, test & commission PLC control systems for Oil & Gas / Process applications.
• Develop PLC logic for motors, pumps, compressors, PID loops, sequences, interlocks, permissive, alarms & ESD.
• Develop PLC applications using Siemens and Allen-Bradley.
• Prepare FDS, IO list ,Control Narratives, Cause & Effect, Control Philosophy & Sequence Logic.
• Configure PLC I/O, HMI/SCADA, VFD/MCC interfaces and industrial communication protocols.
• Execute FAT, IFAT, SAT, loop checks, functional testing & commissioning.
• Troubleshoot PLC, I/O, communication, HMI/SCADA and control logic issues.
• Perform project engineering & E&I documentation including drawings, BOM, datasheets, cable schedules, I/O lists, technical submittals and vendor document review.
• Support E&I design, panel engineering, system integration, procurement and technical coordination as required by the project.
• Maintain PLC/HMI software versions, backups, revisions and change management.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, client standards and functional safety requirements.
  
  

Coordinate with DCS, E&I, Process, vendors and client teams for system integration and commissioning.
