We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling, eager to learn and excited to create impactful designs across digital platforms.

What You'll Do

• Design engaging creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, blogs, emailers and paid ads.

• Create high-converting assets for the App Store, Google Play Store and website.

• Design sales decks, presentations, case studies, brochures and other brand collateral.

• Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, Content and Sales teams to translate ideas into

compelling visuals.

• Assist in maintaining and evolving Hoopr's visual identity across all touchpoints.

• Create illustrations, icons and visual assets that align with our brand language.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered creative tools and best practices.

• Contribute fresh ideas during campaign planning and creative brainstorming sessions.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably at a startup, digital agency or creative studio.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail and versatility across digital and

print design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT or

similar is a bonus.

• Working knowledge of Figma is a plus.

• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout and visual hierarchy.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bonus Skills

• Experience creating creatives for performance marketing campaigns.

• Knowledge of UI design principles.

• Interest in music, content creation or the creator economy.
