Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot.
• Build scalable APIs and event-driven components.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and observability.
• Collaborate with architects to define platform standards and patterns.
• Implement secure, compliant engineering solutions aligned with enterprise guidelines.
• Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across teams.
  
  

Qualifications

• 8+ years backend engineering experience.
• Deep knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
• Experience with using AI like Copilot, Devin to do development
• Familiarity with Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
