Job Description

Serve as the primary internal coordination point for Gujarat and Southeast Asia customer accounts, ensuring timely communication and support across functions. Monitor and review daily water analysis results and treatment program performance to ensure compliance with customer requirements and operational standards. Update customer operational data, water treatment performance records, and service activities in the CF Portal on a regular basis. Identify, document, and escalate non-conformities, deviations, and performance issues to relevant stakeholders for corrective action. Track inventory and stock levels of chemicals, consumables, and related materials to ensure uninterrupted customer support. Coordinate and monitor product dispatches, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate documentation. Prepare, verify, and submit invoices and supporting documents in accordance with customer and company requirements. Generate and circulate weekly and monthly operational reports, highlighting performance metrics, customer status, stock position, and key action items. Maintain attendance records and support administrative activities for site personnel and service teams. Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Technical, and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements. Follow up on pending actions, customer requests, service schedules, and documentation to ensure timely closure. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer operations, inventory, reports, and compliance activities.
