Assistant Manager - New Installation
Your Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the on-site installation and modernization activities, ensuring all
regulations.
- Coordinate and manage installation resources, delegating tasks to Fitters
financial steering.
- Provide technical guidance to field teams, resolving any issues that arise
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with
- Ensure all installation documentation, including project plans, inspection
in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate closely with contractors,
requirements and deliverables and maintain sustainable customer
relationships and push supplementary sales.
- Lead and mentor installation teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality,
performance issues.
