PCB Layout+ Engineer

Job Requirements

We are looking for a PCB Layout Designer with 5–7 years of experience in mixed-signal PCB layout and strong expertise in Mentor Graphics PADS.+

Responsibilities

• Perform component placement and routing for multilayer mixed-signal PCBs.
• Route high-speed, differential, analog, digital, and power signals.
• Manage controlled impedance, stack-up, grounding, return paths, and EMI/EMC requirements.
  
  

Apply DFM/DFA guidelines and resolve layout-related manufacturing issues.

• Create PCB fabrication and assembly outputs, including Gerber, ODB++, drill, and pick-and-place files.
• Perform DRC checks and support design reviews, prototyping, and production release.+
  
  

Work Experience

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• 5–7 years of PCB layout experience.
  
  

Advanced knowledge of Mentor Graphics PADS.

• Experience with multilayer mixed-signal and high-speed PCB layouts.
• Knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, impedance control, and PCB manufacturing standards.
• Strong understanding of DFM/DFA and IPC guideline
• This role focuses exclusively on PCB layout and does not include schematic design.
