Role Purpose

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who can design and enhance endto-end digital journeys and experiences across multiple digital channels.

The role will go beyond visual design and focus on understanding user

needs, identifying pain points, and creating intuitive, efficient, and

engaging digital experiences.

Requirements

• Experience designing for multiple digital channels such as web, mobile,
  
  

portals, and conversational channels such as WhatsApp.

• Proficiency in UX/UI design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD,
  
  

Sketch.

• Identifying automation and optimization opportunities within digital
  
  

journeys.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities/KRAs/KPIs

• Design and improve end-to-end digital journeys, ensuring a seamless and
  
  

user-friendly experience across different touchpoints.

• Apply Design Thinking and UX methodologies to understand user needs,
  
  

identify pain points, and develop appropriate solutions.

• Conduct journey mapping to identify opportunities for improvement,
  
  

automation, simplification, and optimization.

• Look beyond the visual look and feel to address usability, functionality,
  
  

accessibility, and overall user experience.

• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and optimize existing
  
  

customer/member journeys.

• Design experiences across various digital capabilities and channels, including
  
  

Member Portals, WhastApp Channels, Web/mobile platforms Digital selfservice solutions

• Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes,
  
  

prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, technology teams,
  
  

And Other Relevant Teams To Deliver Digital Experiences.

• Ensure consistency in UX/UI patterns and digital experiences across channels.
• Participate in ideation and design workshops and contribute to continuous
  
  

improvement of digital journeys.
