Role: Guidewire Senior Policy Developer

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Configure PolicyCenter components, business rules, typelists, and workflows.
• Develop Gosu logic and customize PCF screens.
• Implement product model, rating, underwriting, and policy transaction enhancements.
• Build and support APIs, web services, and integrations.
• Prepare unit tests, technical documentation, and deployment artefacts.
• Investigate defects and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Participate in code reviews, estimation, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in configuration and customization for any Guidewire Policy system development.
• Hands-on PolicyCenter configuration and development.
• Gosu programming and PCF development.
• Product model and policy lifecycle knowledge.
• API and web services integration experience.
• Understanding of Guidewire data model, rules, and workflows.
• Knowledge of Commercial or Personal Lines insurance.

• Guidewire Cloud experience.
• Good to have experience on Qusar, Palisades, Olos, Niseko, or Mammoth.
• APD or rating experience.
• Guidewire certification.
• CI/CD and automated testing exposure.
