About The Role

Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, Project Management, or a similar technical role.
• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects end to end in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software engineering practices.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, databases, CI/CD, and application architecture.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and complex technology initiatives.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to understand technical trade-offs, challenge decisions constructively, and drive teams toward measurable outcomes.
