Business Process Understanding and solution designing
Provide the Support of Business Applications to End Users
Understanding, Mapping and Configuration of Textile Business process with ERP/INTEX.
Understanding of Users requirements and Mapping with relevant data, documentation and preparation of System requirement specification.
SQL # Tables usage
Issue log and trouble tickets management
Escalation and coordination of Issues with solution provider/vendor

B.E. / B. Tech (Any discipline)
