Role: Group Pricing Manager (Actuary)

Title: Manager / Senior Manager

Location: Goregaon (East), Mumbai

Experience: 2 years +

Education: Graduate

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in pricing group life insurance products (e.g., term, credit life), along with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills. The role involves:

• Pricing and profitability analysis
• Reinsurance negotiations
• Development and enhancement of pricing models
• Collaboration with sales, underwriting, and finance teams

Pricing & Sales Support

• Prepare competitive and profitable quotations for group credit life insurance schemes
• Provide timely resolution of queries related to product, pricing, and process to support business acquisition and retention

· Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with Group Sales, internal departments, and reinsurers for finalization of quotations

· Compliance & Process Adherence

• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and maintain profitability standards

· Reporting & MIS

• Monitoring experience analysis and reporting to respective internal committees
