What You'll Do

• Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using NextJS, Flutter, and Golang.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional features.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create APIs that support the company's technical ecosystem.
• Mentor and develop junior developers to enhance their skills and foster a collaborative environment.
• Manage and oversee the data center infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation of applications.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide production support as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in developing applications using NextJS, Flutter, and Golang.
• Strong background in building RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Cassandra as database solutions.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and system performance optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to maintain high standards of technical documentation.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud services and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools to enhance development workflows.
• Experience in front-end technologies beyond NextJS and Flutter.
