About The Role

We're looking for development economists to help shape how AI understands global and development economics. Your expertise will directly influence how next-generation AI systems reason about growth, inequality, poverty, and international policy — making a real impact on one of the most consequential applications of AI today.

What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated development economics questions, answers, and explanations used in model training
• Assess the quality and accuracy of AI reasoning on topics such as economic growth, inequality, poverty reduction, and global development
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the factual accuracy and contextual nuance of AI outputs
• Apply your academic or real-world experience to validate complex economic scenarios and policy discussions
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments that fit your schedule
  
  

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience researching or teaching development economics
• Strong command of global economic issues, data interpretation, and development theory
• Able to critically evaluate written economic reasoning and identify errors or gaps in logic
• Comfortable working independently within structured review frameworks
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  
  

Nice to Have

• Graduate degree in Economics or a closely related field
• Experience in field research, NGO work, or international economic policy
• Familiarity with AI systems, content evaluation, or data annotation workflows
