Sr. System Engineer

1. Provide technical support for AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure, Linux ,Windows system and related technologies.

2. Monitor AWS environments and Linux ,Windows system ensuring their availability, performance, and security 24/7.

3. Respond to and resolve client's inquiries, issues, and incidents through various channels, including monitoring tools, email, chat, and phone.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.

5. Perform system administration tasks, including user management, server monitoring, backup and recovery, and security updates etc.

6. Tracking SLA and doing data analysis for server KPIs.

7. Maintaining and Tracking the Incident and Release lifecycle.

8. Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

9. Proactively identify potential issues and suggest improvements to enhance the performance, security, and scalability of the infrastructure.

10. Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support and respond to critical incidents.

11. Stay up to date with the latest AWS services, Linux technologies, and industry best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality support.
