Role Description

A hands-on internship where you run the social media presence of a fast-growing agency, not just assist from the sidelines.

What You'll Own

• Plan and manage Madify's content calendar across Instagram and LinkedIn
• Write captions, hooks, and posting notes that reflect the agency's voice
• Ideate and execute content around campaigns, creators, and industry trends
• Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement daily
• Track page analytics and compile weekly growth reports
• Stay on top of trending formats, audio, and memes to keep the feed relevant

What You Bring

• Fresher or recent graduate - any stream
• Active Instagram user who follows brands and trends
• Available full-time, in-office, Mon–Fri for 3 months
• Based in Guwahati or willing to relocate
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work without hand-holding

Compensation

• ₹8,000/month fixed + ₹2,000/month performance bonus
