Senior Executive - Sales (QCN)

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to generate revenue from Advertising space (online + offline) in Cinemas. This includes building & managing relationships with advertising agencies and clients, developing and delivering sales presentations, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, experience in the cinema industry, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications - MBA in Sales & Marketing / Any equivalent

Experience - 3 -10 Years in Media Industry (FM Radio, TV Channels, Print, Outdoor, Digital Media, etc)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate revenue by selling advertising opportunities across Qube Cinema theatres.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
• Making sales presentations and sharing proposals based on client requirements.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients and advertising agencies.
• Negotiate and close advertising deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• 1 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Media or Cinema or OTT or Content Solutions industry
• Good understanding of the cinema industry and its advertising market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
