Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Techno Functional Consultant to design, implement, customize, and support NetSuite ERP and SuiteCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of functional consulting expertise and technical development skills to deliver scalable ERP and eCommerce solutions aligned with business objectives. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct requirement workshops and prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
• Configure NetSuite modules based on business requirements.
• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend standard NetSuite or customized solutions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment, and Hypercare activities.
• Train business users and prepare functional documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Inventory, Operations, and eCommerce teams.
• Provide production support and resolve functional issues.
  
  

Technical Responsibilities

• Develop and customize NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript 2.x.
• Create and maintain:
• Saved Searches
• SuiteAnalytics Workbooks
• Reports
• Dashboards
• Develop and customize Advanced PDF/HTML Templates.
• Develop and optimize SuiteQL queries.
• Configure:
• Custom Records
• Custom Forms
• Custom Fields
• Custom Lists
• Custom Segments
• Develop integrations using RESTlets, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
• Perform CSV Imports, data migration, and data validation.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical production issues.
• Develop custom extensions and themes.
• Develop JavaScript modules for SuiteCommerce (preferred).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Good-to-Have Skills:

• SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) development.
• JavaScript and HTML/CSS development.
• Experience with Middleware platforms (Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
• Knowledge of Oracle databases.
• Experience with eCommerce integrations.
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• NetSuite Administration knowledge.
