Hiring: PRT / Mother Teacher – TGS Jaipur

The Gurukulam School (TGS), Jaipur is looking for a passionate and caring PRT / Mother Teacher to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle primary classes and ensure a safe, positive learning environment.
• Plan and deliver engaging classroom activities.
• Support students in their academic and emotional development.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
• Manage classroom discipline and daily routines.
• Conduct assessments and maintain student records.
• Encourage students to participate in co-curricular activities.

Eligibility

• Graduation with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification.
• Prior experience as a PRT / Mother Teacher in a school is preferred.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Warm, patient, and child-friendly approach.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
