The Jr. Account Executive role is one of the most crucial in the organisation. Beginning with bank reconciliations, and continuing to supplier and customer reconciliations, this is the beginning of the financial statements. It is imperative that this role operates at the highest standard.

This role entails coding of all bank and AP/AR transactions, liaising with staff and external parties.

Core Accounting Work:

· Bank Recs

· Recording revenue

· Bill entry

· AP supplier reconciliations

· AR reconciliations

· Expense claims

· Approval max follow ups

Liaison and record production work:

· Supplier remittances

· Update supplier contact details and bank verification

· Import data – Bank statement lines, client refunds

· Email responses for the above

· Draft emails to send to clients – for review by AE
