Requirements

About the Role

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in diamonds, gems & jewelry, or a related luxury/export industry
• Strong understanding of diamond grading (4Cs), certification standards, and lab-grown vs natural diamond market dynamics (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with international client communication (email, calls, WhatsApp Business)
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Nishal Gems is one of the leading companies in the Surat Diamond Industry. We have been trading and manufacturing diamonds since 1992, being one of the oldest and the most reputed companies in Surat city.

We trade rough diamonds and polished ones, where the raw diamonds are sourced from countries like Belgium, Dubai, Israel, Central Africa, Hong Kong, China, Russia, and many others.

Keeping up with the Technological trend, we have diversified our company into trading Lab-grown diamonds. They are eco-friendly, man-made as well as pocket-friendly diamonds. Busting the myth here, Lab-grown diamonds are real, just produced with a different method called CVD (Chemical Vapour Deposition) and promise to serve the same 4 cs of natural diamonds - Cut, Clarity, Carat, Color. We have involved ourselves in trading & manufacturing Lab-grown for 3 years now.
