E-Way & Billing Executive – Warehouse

We are looking for a Billing & E-Way Bill Executive to manage billing, invoice preparation and dispatch-related documentation at our warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate invoices, generating E-Way Bills and E-Invoices, verifying dispatch details and ensuring that all required documentation is completed before dispatch.

The role requires close coordination with the Warehouse and Accounts teams to ensure smooth and timely billing and dispatch operations. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining proper records, checking invoice details and supporting day-to-day ERP and Excel-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales invoices and billing documents
• Generate E-Way Bills and E-Invoices
• Maintain dispatch-related documentation
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Accounts teams
• Maintain billing records and supporting documents
  
  

Must Have

• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in billing and invoice preparation
• Hands-on experience with E-Way Bill generation
• Basic MS Excel and ERP knowledge
• Good documentation and coordination skills
  
  

Nice to have

• Warehouse billing experience
• Dispatch documentation experience
• Basic GST knowledge
• Strong analytical skills
