Technical Project Manager

About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Technical Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support technical and engineering projects from planning through execution.

This opportunity is particularly suitable for candidates with a strong technical or engineering background who want to build a career in technical project management, engineering coordination and R&D environments.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate technical projects from planning through execution.

Work closely with engineering, R&D and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Track project schedules, deliverables, dependencies and action items.

Prepare project plans, meeting minutes, status updates and progress reports.

Monitor project risks, delays and dependencies and escalate issues where required.

Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders and engineering teams.

Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure.

Maintain project documentation and project trackers.

Support process improvement and development of efficient project-management practices.

Assist technical teams with planning, coordination and execution of project activities.

Required Skills

Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Zoho Projects, Jira, Microsoft Project or similar tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following or a related field:

Engineering

Electronics

Electrical Engineering

Computer Science

Physics

Mathematics

Aerospace

Remote Sensing

Science

Preferred

Freshers with strong technical aptitude and good academic performance are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with exposure to engineering, technical projects, research projects or project coordination will have an advantage.

Interest in radar, aerospace, electronics, drones, GIS, remote sensing or embedded systems is a plus.
