Reflections Info Systems - Quality Assurance Automation Engineer - AI/ML Testing

We are looking for 5+ years experienced candidates for this role.

Primary Skills

• Strong exposure to SDET and Automation and Manual testing.
• Experience with Playwright JS / TS, mobile automation using Appium and WebdriverIO, test pipeline configuration, and performance testing using K6.
• Exposure to AI skills/tools.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain robust, scalable automation frameworks that leverage AI/ML algorithms to optimize test coverage and reduce execution time.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment cycles and early defect detection.
• Analyze complex system requirements to develop comprehensive test strategies that address both functional and non-functional performance metrics.
• Mentor junior team members on best practices in test automation, code quality, and the adoption of emerging AI-based testing tools.
• Conduct root cause analysis on production issues and translate findings into automated test cases to prevent future regressions.
• Evaluate and implement cutting-edge testing technologies to modernize the existing QA infrastructure and improve overall system stability.
