Plant Head Precast Concrete Plant
Responsibilities
- Overall plant operations and production management
- Production planning and achieving daily/monthly targets
- Managing manpower, moulds, machinery and raw materials
- QA/QC and ensuring product quality as per specifications
- Maintenance, safety and plant efficiency
- Cost control, productivity and reduction of wastage
- Coordination with project, dispatch and site teams
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in setup and operations of Precast Concrete Manufacturing plant for Infra or Building (Residential/ Commercial)
- Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech – Civil preferred.
- Strong background in precast concrete manufacturing
- Proven leadership in plant setup and operations
- Ability to manage large teams and optimize resources
- Knowledge of QA/QC standards and safety compliance
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
