The Opportunity

We are looking to partner with experienced Therapists / Psychologists interested in working at the intersection of mental health, relationships and sexual wellness.

Locations: Vashi | Dadar | Ghatkopar | Andheri – Mumbai

Part-time Collaboration: 12 hours per week

Remuneration: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month, linked to session volume.

Mode: On-site, Part-Time

What You'll Do

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions.
• Work with concerns including core psychiatric issues, sexual wellness, anxiety, depression, relationships and life transitions.
• Build a long-term patient base through Allo.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years of clinical experience after completing your Master's - Mandatory
• Master's/MPhil in Clinical Psychology 
• Master's in Counselling Psychology 
• Prior offline/in-person therapy experience
• Able to commit 12 hours per week (offline + online)
• Mental health, couples/relationship counselling experience preferred
• Exposure to sexual wellness/sex therapy is an added advantage
