Education Counsellor

Responsibilities

Connect with students and parents to explain courses, features, and learning benefits.
Handle incoming enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and follow-ups.
Understand students’ educational needs and recommend suitable courses.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into course enrolments.
Maintain student records, lead databases, and follow-up reports.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Teaching & Classroom Resources

Achieve enrolment targets and provide a good customer experience.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Good convincing, counselling, and problem-solving abilities.
