Role Overview

Lead rapid hardware prototyping, enclosure integration, thermal management, and NPI manufacturing handoff for new electronics releases.

What You'll Build

• Lead high-speed multi-layer PCB design and rapid prototyping
• Oversee 3D enclosure integration, CAD modeling, and thermal management
• Direct component sourcing, BOM optimization, and NPI vendor handoffs
• Establish hardware QA and automated end-of-line testing rigs
  
  

Skills & Requirements

• High-speed PCB design in Altium / KiCad
• 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks / Fusion360)
• DFM, DFA, thermal simulation, and BOM optimization
• NPI lifecycle management from prototype to mass production
