Marketplace Ads Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketplace Ads Specialist to drive advertising performance, sales growth and profitability across our marketplace channels. The candidate should have strong execution capabilities, analytical skills and the ability to independently manage advertising strategy and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketplace advertising strategy, campaign execution and optimization across relevant platforms.
• Manage campaign structures, keyword research, targeting, bidding, budgets and placement optimization.
• Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in Amazon Ads, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP exposure.
• Drive advertising performance across Myntra and Flipkart, with Quick Commerce experience being an advantage.
• Analyze CPC, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, ACOS, TACoS and product-level profitability to identify optimization opportunities.
• Plan and execute advertising strategies for new launches, seasonal events and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor advertising spend, sales contribution and organic growth to ensure efficient budget utilization.
• Build performance dashboards and provide actionable insights to improve sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with category, inventory and business teams to align advertising investments with business priorities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on marketplace advertising experience, preferably in fashion, apparel or lifestyle.
• Strong Amazon Ads expertise and practical exposure to Myntra Ads and Flipkart Ads.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, marketplace metrics and product-level performance.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Ability to independently own execution, identify performance gaps and drive business outcomes.
