Work Mode: Work From Office

Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog & roadmap
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria & sprint goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers & development teams
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and drive sprint execution
• Plan releases, manage feature requests & track progress
• Understand customer needs and turn them into valuable product features
• Continuously improve Agile processes based on feedback and results

Requirements and skills

• Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager
• 2+ years of Finance & Accounting / Financial Products experience
• CSPO or equivalent certification – Mandatory
• Strong understanding of Agile & Scrum
• Good technical understanding of software development & web technologies
• Excellent communication, collaboration & organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
