Qualification: Diploma / B. Tech – Civil EngineeringResponsibilities

• Assist in daily production planning and execution.
• Supervise mould preparation, reinforcement, casting, demoulding, and curing activities.
• Monitor production targets, manpower allocation, and material utilization.
• Ensure production output aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
• Maintain accurate daily production records and reports.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
• Qualification: Diploma / B. Tech – Civil Engineering
• Diploma / B. Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in production/engineering.
• Basic knowledge of concrete, reinforcement, and moulding processes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
