Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead large-scale Finance & Accounting operations, manage key client relationships, drive SLA & quality performance, and build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall operations, SLA, quality, productivity & process delivery
• Manage key clients, stakeholders and ensure high client satisfaction
• Drive process improvements, KPIs, performance tracking and operational excellence
• Lead, mentor and develop teams while building the next line of leadership
• Manage client calls, reports, escalations and resolution of bottlenecks
• Collaborate with Business Leaders, Delivery & Account Management teams
• Support P&L, Balance Sheet controls, transitions and new business initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, farming and business growth
• Ensure effective resource and infrastructure utilization
• Drive employee engagement, coaching, recognition and retention initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate / Post-Graduate, preferably in Commerce / Finance
• 14+ years of overall experience, with strong relevant Operations experience
• Minimum 5+ years in a leadership/operations management role
• Strong Client Management, Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership skills
• Experience in Finance & Accounting / Shared Services / BPO operations preferred
