**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced, skilled Data Analyst to analyze business data, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, data analysis, MIS reporting, and data visualization, with good coordination skills and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from sales, purchase, inventory, and operational functions.
• Prepare **MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports** for management.
• Use **Advanced Excel** including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas, and data visualization.
• Analyze sales, pricing, procurement, and operational trends to identify business insights.
• Maintain and validate databases, ensuring **data accuracy and integrity**.
• Support sales and purchase teams with data analysis, reports, and forecasts.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
• Identify opportunities for **process improvement and automation** using Excel, Power BI, or other data tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve reporting and overall business efficiency.
  
  

**Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in **business Analytics, Statistics, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field**.
• **2–5 years of experience** in Data Analysis, MIS, or Business Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of **Advanced Excel** and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with **Power Query, Power BI, or SQL** is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
