Tele Caller

About The Role

You will call enquiries and leads, explain our memberships and book gym visits and trials for the sales team. Full-time role with incentives. Salary will be discussed during the interview.

What you'll do

• Call and follow up with new leads and enquiries
• Explain memberships, programs and offers
• Book gym visits and free trial sessions
• Call members for renewals and offers
• Update every call in the CRM or sheet
• Share daily call reports with the sales manager
  
  

What we're looking for

• 0–2 years of experience in tele calling or customer support
• Freshers with good communication are welcome
• Fluent in Telugu, Hindi and English
• Clear, polite and convincing on the phone
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
