Officer Production

About this Position: Responsible for managing daily plant production and maintenance activities, ensuring production targets, quality, SHE and ISO standards are met. Supervises contract employees, plans shift activities, ensures plant availability, drives productivity improvements, implements procedures, and supports continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and working conditions.

What you´ll do:

• To ensure effective implementation and monitoring of the daily production plan to carry out the production activities in the shift as per the daily batch sheet.
• To facilitate timely execution of the maintenance procedures and standards at the plant
• To ensure adherence to Henkel SHE standards, ISO Standards To ensure maintenance of in-process & final quality.
• To implement the quality standards and procedures at the plant and adhere to Henkel QSHE standards, and to ensure production as per requirement Quality standard.
• To supervise contract employees in the plant including planning and assigning work
• To implement policies & procedures and recommend improvements in production methods/equipment/working conditions
• Also, responsible for productivity, maintenance, SHE for entire plant. To manage production and maintenance at the plant - ensure plant availability for operations, schedule plant operations, implement productivity improvement projects.
  
  

What makes you a good fit:

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering / BSC / MSC Chemistry graduate
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in chemical production
• Knowledge of maintaining quality, maintenance, housekeeping, sustainability, Safety, Hygiene & Energy standards etc.
