Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day banking operations and customer service.
  • Acquire new customers and manage existing customer relationships.
  • Generate leads for CASA, loans, insurance, and other banking products.
  • Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
  • Complete KYC, documentation, and account-opening formalities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer requests.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and resolve their queries.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct market visits and build local customer networks.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in banking/financial sales preferred.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
  • Knowledge of banking products and KYC processes.
