As our new Global Pricing Consultant, you'll be developing and optimizing pricing strategies across global markets that maximize profitability and competitive positioning for Grundfos. What You Will Be Doing

As a key part of the Global Pricing & Commercial Excellence team, you'll create impact by translating complex pricing data into actionable insights that strengthen our market position and support sustainable growth worldwide.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Conduct pricing analyses using Power BI and advanced analytics to identify optimization opportunities across product lines and regions
• Design and maintain pricing models integrated with IS Financial Connectors to ensure accurate, real-time pricing data flows
• Leverage AI and machine learning tools to enhance pricing intelligence, forecast demand elasticity, and recommend pricing adjustments
• Partner with commercial, finance, and product teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives and market dynamics
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide stakeholders with transparent, data-driven pricing insights
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of global pricing governance and processes
  
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

Above all, you're an analytically sharp pricing professional with a strong blend of financial systems expertise, data visualization skills, and a forward-thinking approach to AI-driven decision-making. We'd also imagine that you are/have:

• 5+ years of experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, or commercial analytics in a global organization
• Hands-on proficiency with Power BI for building dashboards, data modeling, and pricing reporting
• Experience working with IS Financial Connectors or similar ERP/financial integration tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into strategic pricing recommendations
  
  

It's a plus if you also:

• Experience applying AI or machine learning techniques to pricing or commercial analytics use cases
• Background in the manufacturing or industrial sector
• Familiarity with pricing software platforms (e.g., PROS, Vendavo, Zilliant)
