Head – Pre-School / Early Years

Meghe Group of Schools is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head – Pre-School / Early Years to lead the academic and operational functioning of its Pre-School.

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in Early Childhood / Pre-Primary Education, with experience in an academic leadership or coordination role.
• Strong understanding of NEP 2020, NCF-FS, play-based and experiential learning.
• Experience in curriculum planning, classroom monitoring and teacher mentoring & development.
• Good understanding of child development, foundational literacy & numeracy and school readiness.
• Ability to build strong relationships with parents and effectively handle parent engagement and concerns.
• Experience supporting Pre-School admissions, parent counselling, orientations and enrolment initiatives.
• Strong focus on child safety, safeguarding and well-being.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team-management skills.
