Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve incidents affecting SAP Customer Data Cloud and customer identity services.
• Implement approved service requests and configuration changes for application managers.
• Support CIAM platform operations, application onboarding, and post-go-live transition activities.
• Manage customer identity migration, identity lifecycle processes, consent-related requests, and data subject requests.
• Monitor SAP Customer Data Cloud platform events, assess newly released features and breaking changes, and coordinate corrective actions.

Skills Required:

• 5 - 9 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, CIAM, identity management, or enterprise platform support.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud, including the B2B module, and enterprise customer identity operations.
• Strong understanding of CIAM processes, identity lifecycle management, customer authentication, and authorization.
• Experience managing incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or equivalent enterprise service management processes.
• Ability to support secure integrations and authentication flows involving SAML, OpenID Connect, tokens, SCIM, and passkeys.

Good to Have:

• Experience with AWS services, particularly Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
