Graduate Mechanical Engineering Trainee

Role Description The Graduate Engineering Trainee will support the design, manufacturing, and testing of specialized material handling and ground support equipment in an industrial environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting senior engineers with mechanical and manufacturing engineering tasks, preparing and updating technical documentation, participating in project planning and execution, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and supply chain. The trainee will also contribute to process improvement initiatives, data collection, and analysis to enhance efficiency and product performance, while adhering to safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, offering hands-on exposure to end-to-end engineering and manufacturing operations.
Qualifications

• Solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering, with knowledge of basic design principles and production processes.
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret technical data, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement activities.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, document work clearly, and present findings as needed.
• Basic Project Management abilities to assist in planning tasks, tracking progress, and meeting timelines for engineering and production activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
• Familiarity with CAD tools and engineering software, and an understanding of industrial safety and quality standards is an advantage.
• Ability to learn quickly, work in a structured manufacturing environment, and adapt to evolving project and business needs.
