Role Description The Operations Manager – Photography is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

This role oversees day-to-day Editing & Shoot Operations, including scheduling shoots, coordinating photographers and support staff, and managing equipment and studio resources.

The Operations Manager ensures timely delivery of projects, maintains quality standards, and supports efficient workflows from client inquiry through final delivery. Responsibilities include supervising logistics, monitoring budgets and inventory, implementing process improvements, and ensuring adherence to studio policies. The role also involves regular collaboration with clients and internal team members to address operational needs and maintain a professional, well-organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, studio management, or coordination roles in photography or related creative services.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools, project management software, and basic office productivity applications.
• Knowledge of photography workflows, equipment handling, and studio best practices is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, photographers, and vendors.
• Ability to lead and support a team, resolve operational issues, and implement process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment in Hyderabad, with flexibility for extended hours when needed.
