Senior Application Support Engineer (Level 5)

We’re looking for a senior technical specialist to resolve complex, code-level issues across the IGT RGS platform. You’ll lead investigations into Java, JavaScript, API, integration, and production issues; partner with Engineering to drive lasting fixes; and support new feature readiness across a distributed, microservices-based environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of relevant experience, strong Java and JavaScript skills, and hands-on expertise with APIs, Linux, log analysis, and root-cause investigation. A degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience is required. Experience in iGaming, RGS/PAM integrations, and mentoring support engineers is a plus.
