Responsibilities

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the Critical Care unit.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Deliver advanced life support and emergency procedures as needed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation for all patient interactions and treatment plans.
• Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment.
• Manage ventilator support and other life-sustaining equipment.
• Engage in continuous clinical decision-making for complex critical care cases.
• Provide emergency support in crisis situations within the hospital setting.
