Job Title: Team Lead - ECom Catalogue

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.

Experience Required

6-8 years of experience in catalogue management for leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, or other e-commerce platforms.
Prior experience as a Team Lead managing catalogue operations teams.
Hands-on expertise in product listing, catalogue maintenance, and content management.

Key Responsibilities

The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of Catalogue Specialists and Associates engaged in:
Creating and managing detailed product listings across various online marketplaces.
Maintaining marketplace catalogues with updated product information, specifications, and images.
Conducting regular content quality checks to ensure listing accuracy, consistency, and optimization.
Monitoring and improving catalogue performance through content enhancements and best practices.
Creating, updating, and managing A+ Content and enhanced brand content.
Ensuring adherence to marketplace guidelines and catalogue standards.
Driving productivity, accuracy, and quality metrics within the team.
Training, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve operational goals.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve catalogue-related issues and improve processes.
Generating periodic reports and performance analyses for management review.

Skills & Competencies

Mandatory Skills:

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of VBA.
Knowledge of Python would be an added advantage.
Experience in cataloguing, categorization, and content management on Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces.
Familiarity with marketplace seller portals and catalogue management tools.
